Subject: I really like your page, and the 70s was also my
favorite decade
Julie,
I really want to tell how much I enjoy reading your page.
It's one of a handful of web sites that I visit on a regular
basis. Your page is just plain fun to surf around. I to have
happy memories of the 70's (I'm 31 and dating myself, yet, I
don't care). Iremember watching the original episodes of Saturday
Night Live (when they were live and actually funny), watching
all the great shows (there are just far to many to mention),
Disney movies were a little more special than they are
now, and I enjoyed playing the game of Monopoly on a board
and not on some computer screen. I really liked reading your
new That 70's Chick page, it was interesting to read and
that's high praise considering most people write rather dull
histories of themselves. One final thing, are you going to have
your diary pages go into the early 80's.
Take care,

Hey there,
a former radio friend sometimes sends me stuff related to my
radio show.
he sent me your web site. i only saw the first page and the music
page. you have put a lot of work into your site. bravo! i like.
oh, that picture of the defranco family was a mind bender.
wow! loved it. my name is mark carrillo from 1067 jamz, in
san antonio. i host "carrillo and crew",
the morning show. 1067 jamz is a jammin' oldies format. 70's
and 80's...well, i'm sure you've heard of the format. i'll be
passing on your web site to the other jocks. i'll add it to my
faves for further use.

Subject: Love your web page!!
Hi...I just wanted to say that I stumbled upon your web page
and I really love it. I especially love reading your journal
entries. They bring back some good memories.
I hope that at some point you publish all the diaries. I am wondering;
how did you meet Buster? He seemed to be a bit older that you,
did he
know your true age? Do you have any idea where he is now?

Thanks for the update Julie.
I get a kick out your 1979 TV viewing habits. Counting the commercials
in
SNL! Ha . . . You didn't like "M*A*S*H" but loved "WRKP"
and "Mork and Mindy?" Life seems so serious when you
are 16!! Bet you wished you really knew then how serious it really
wasn't.You might get a kick out of some of my 1979 stuff at http://normgregory.com/archives

I also kept a journal during the 70's, I sure wish that I would
have saved them. I was always worried about someone finding them
and reading them. It would be a lot of fun if they were still
around. Do you still keep a journal? I have some journals from
around 10 years ago, that I started to write around the time
of a traumatic divorce. I still have them, but I'm not ready
to go back and read them just yet. Could you let me know when
you update your page??

Just wanted to say thanks for the site. I'm doing a Powerpoint
presentation for class, and my subject is on the '70s. Since
I also grew up in that decade, I have many recollections myself,
but you definitely helped jar my memory banks with a few new
ideas. Keep up the good work and best of luck to ya...tj
